Scam Alert

Odd phone call, wanted fo verify ph# and address for two free $50,$100 gift cards after verifying ph#, they transferred me to what sounded like the same girl to verify my address.  Instead of verifying address she started asking questions instead. When I told her to just verify the address she said thank you have a nice day and hung up.. Guess we wont be getting gift cards....

Weird call

Most likely a scam geared at older people. they asked me if i had diabetes and if i used a Cane. I hung up after the ask for my birth date. told their robot that it wanted too much personal information and it froze up. The first girl said they got my number from a phone app but did not mention which one. fishy fishy.   

SCAM

Same thing happened to me. This number just called me and asked to verify my phone number, told em I'd be receiving two gift cards, $100 for shopping and $50 for dining out. Once I was transferred this girl asked me if the previous woman (who sounded very similar) handled the call correctly. I said yes, but this seems like a scam. She said "hello", I tried to get her to say anything to me, it was silent for 15 seconds, and I hung up. Too bad...those gift cards seemed like the steal of a lifetime...

Missed call just now. No voice mail or anything. I will just assume it was a scam. If it was of any importance they would have left a message.

I had a missed call from a San Diego number so called them back and it said the phone number wasnt in service. So i figured it was something stupid.

I answered thinking is it was a relative from California. They told me the same thing about the gift cards. I said i wasnt intrested but they insisted on confirming my address. Once i was transferred again i said im not interested and they hung up ... stupid people.
